User Experience UX

User experience (UX) is any aspect of a person’s interaction with a given IT system. Elaborating the User experience in detail ahead of building a system saves considerably on coding time and giving the required time for this analysis can yield incredible innovations for user interaction that may not have been thought of at the beginning.

UX Design is a relatively new science with many debates.  At Soldia we like to precede UX Design with details on the content that needs to be input and output.  The first stage of our process is Data Analysis which is where we break down the content into fields that will ultimately be used to create the database.  Once we are clear on the data being input, displayed and interacted with we can make suggestions on UX Design more clearly.

As part of this stage, we discuss and plan how best we can enable a pleasurable end user experience through Interaction Design and defining what works best for the end user to increase speed and efficiency.
